Whole Hog Tips from Good Morning America

Pat Martin gives Good Morning America his advice on how to roast a whole hog for the ultimate backyard barbeque. Pat insists that roasting a whole hog can be done more easily than you think, and his number one piece of advice is to use a smaller pig  weighing around 50lbs.  Read up on his tips and tricks.
