If you’ve ever eaten at Martin’s you’ve tasted our Big Hoss rub. It’s what we use on our whole hogs, pork shoulders, chicken, turkey - and pretty much everything else. It’s got that just-right mix of spicy, salty, and sweet that makes it perfect for smoked meats.

To use, give your meat a good coating before putting it in the smoker or try using Big Hoss when roasting taters or seasoning burgers and fries.

Best with pork, poultry and beef.

Also goes great with our Jack's Creek Bar-B-Que Sauce
