Bar-B-Que Finisher

Here at Martin’s we use this Memphis-style dry rub as a finisher on our famous ribs; we coat the slabs with it once they’ve come out of the smoker to add some extra oomph to our “dry” ribs. It’ll give any smoked meat that signature West Tennessee dry rub flavor.

At home you can use it the same way Pat Martin does by adding it as a final step before serving smoked pork or beef ribs.

Best with pork and beef.
