Fish & Poultry Seasoning
“Hand me that yella stuff!” That's what you’ll hear Pat Martin say when he's looking for something to season up some fresh-caught fish. Made of coarse salt and a blend of all-natural spices like turmeric, mustard seed and lemon peel, it’s made specially for seasoning poultry and fish.
To use, sprinkle it on before you grill, roast or saute - or even just try mixing it in some sour cream for an easy dip for chips and veggies.
Best with seafood and poultry.
