Our new Charleston, SC location is located on James Island, right outside of Charleston proper. When we open a new Martin’s were always looking for a community vibe in a neighborhood setting. When we decided to open a location in Charleston, James Island felt like a natural fit – providing a perfect spot for local families and visitors to the Charleston area to kick back and enjoy our signature West TN Style Whole Hog BBQ.
Just like all of our other locations, we come in at 5AM every morning and smoke a whole hog for 20 hours over coal and hickory chips. We ain't just BBQ... we've got some incredibly delicious smoked wings and brisket, and we make all of our sides and pies right here in-house.
