We especially love pasta salad because it’s so easy to make and generally only requires ingredients that we already have on hand. Aside from cooking the pasta, all you’ve got to do to make a good pasta salad is rummage through the fridge, throw everything good into a bowl and then let it sit for a minute to marry all the flavors together. Using our Alabama White Bar-B-Que sauce only makes things easier..and more delicious.

We love packing up this pasta salad and bringing it out to the lake for tasty lunch that will fuel us up for more fun in the sun!

INGREDIENTS

1 16oz box rotini pasta
1 ½ cups halved cherry tomatoes
1 large bell pepper, any color, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup Martin’s Bar-B-Que Alabama White Sauce
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped parsley
1 T sugar

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to large bowl to cool.

Once pasta is cool, add all remaining ingredients and stir gently until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
